This year's event features a variety of ways you can participate. We are accepting registration forms for the Mix-Off Competition, Battle of the BBQ, and Mai Tai Marketplace.

Mix-Off Contest Registration
All entrants who wish to be considered for this year's Mai Tai Mix-off and the $10,000 cash prize must submit an entry form along with a photo of their Mai Tai. Registration is free from now through June 30, 2011. Late registration will be accepted from July 1, 2011-August 10, 2011 with a $100 fee. To be eligible for consideration, you must represent a bar or restaurant as a bartender for said establishment. The bartenders chosen to compete in this year's event on August 13, 2011 will be notified no later than July 1, 2011 of their status.

Battle of the BBQ Registration
Restaurants and Chefs are encouraged to join us in this year's Battle of the BBQ event on August 13, 2011. There will be two prizes awarded for People's Choice and Judge's Choice. Judges will be announced closer to the event date.

The prizes are a 5-night stay in a Deluxe Ocean View room for two at Royal Lahaina Resort on Kaanapali Beach, Maui; Inter-island Airfare for two from Kona to Kahului; Royal Lahaina Resort Luau for two; $500 Resort Food & Beverage Credit per stay.

Mai Tai Marketplace Registration
Mai Tai Marketplace booths will be intermixed throughout the Battle of the BBQ contestant booths to ensure greater visibility for our vendors.  All vendors who wish to participate will need to submit a registration form along with a $40 fee and appropriate insurance certificates and health department permits (if applicable).

Sign up early! Booth space is on a first come, first serve basis until date of event or space sell-out, whichever is first.
